The rooms were very clean and looked quite new. Everything worked well. I really like that there was a washing machine though I didn't get around to using it. We had an issue with the room door while there and I would just like to say Nadia was brilliant (sorry if I've spelled the name wrong!). She was very reassuring and helped us. So would definitely recommend.

We had a great experience during our 2-night stay. The location was perfect—easy to find and close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and simple, which made check-in a breeze. The space was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the complimentary waters—such a thoughtful touch! A couple of small suggestions: thicker pillows and a cozier blanket would make the stay even more comfortable, and it’d be great to have the Nespresso fully stocked for those early mornings. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay.

The Hotel was in a great location, super clean, had great amenities and was beautiful. The staff - especially Nadia, Niko and Ivan were so helpful and welcoming. They helped me so much on city information and they went above and beyond when I accidentally left a personal item at the hotel - they worked very hard to keep it safe and to get it back to me. I have never seen the like in all my travels. Strongly recommend!!

We loved our stay here! Very clean, working AC, elevator. They were so accommodating and kind with helping us organize moving our bags, as part of our group stayed in a smaller room before the rest of us arrived. This accommodation ticked all our boxes … very clean, excellent amenities, short walk to restaurants and shops and it was spacious, with a huge shared balcony. We felt it needed a full length mirror as the only mirror was the vanity mirror. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
