Our room smelled very musty and some things were in need of repair (tiles in bathroom, faucet). We booked for the pool and after check in were told it isn’t open until Memorial Day. Lastly, a $69 charge for parking is pretty ridiculous on top of the room charge.

The Georgian Terrace Hotel
Lovely and spacious room. Loved the residential suites, which gave me a bedroom, lovely living space, and full kitchen. More room than I knew what to do with. Best of all, the kind and highly accommodating staff went out of their way to help us when our flight was delayed 24 hours.

Peachtree Hotel Midtown Atlanta
Only one elevator working with 25 floors and couldn’t use the stairs because the doors were locked also never got my damage deposit back.

We had a wonderful time at this property at Georgia Tech our first time in downtown Atlanta. It was modern inviting and very convenient.
