"I emailed the hotel before my stay and they responded right away. I wanted to be sure our pet was not a surprise. They responded a couple of times, once to let me know about the details around pets, and secondly about parking. The hotel has no parking of gheir own. They use city parking, for a fee. That was a surprise, as it was not well advertised on Hotel.com site. I didn't go back to checked to see if it was there, but it is $18+ per night ($18 to city, or $25 through the hotel if you want multiple reentry) So it would be a consideration if my decision came down between two comparable properties. The reception staff was very efficient, polite and friendly. The hostess/server at the breakfast was very helpful, polite and friendly. They went out of their way to make us fell welcome with a pet. The room was generally clean, but could have been a little better. This was a nice hotel, all considered I'd stay there again."

"We were very impressed with this property! We didn’t expect it to be so modern and beautiful! The lobby was lovely and everything was so well maintained. Our check in was very easy and the staff were all so cheerful and friendly! Our room was great… all the amenities we needed and loved that the shower was walk-in, instead of a tub. We even had a nice little balcony! Our room was near the back of the hotel, so we had lots of great parking and took advantage of using the security back door to easily access our room without having to go through the lobby each time. The location was super easy to find, and access to the #2 hwy could not have been easier. There were a number of restaurants near the hotel within about a 4 block radius, so lots of choice there as well! I’d highly recommend this one to anyone looking for comfort and convenience! A+"

"Nous avons quand même facilement trouvé l’hôtel, qui offrait un grand stationnement. Le check-in était très long lors de notre arrivée et nous étions tout seuls au comptoir. La chambre était spacieuse et impeccable, tout comme la salle de bain. L’air climatisé fonctionne bien, mais il est un peu trop bruyant. Globalement, nous avons passé une bonne nuit. Cependant, il y avait un tapis dans la chambre, ce qui n’était pas idéal pour nous."
