“Staff extremely friendly , kind and caring !!”

“This property is beautiful. The main lobby is nice with welcoming staff at reception. We went swimming twice in the pool and used the hot tubs. Everything was clean. We stayed in one of the cabins. It was quite nice, I like that it was removed from the main building and in nature. The restaurant is beautiful. We ate breakfast there and enjoyed the food (kids French toast and eggs and bacon/sausage). My only negative is we booked a room with 2 queen beds only to find 2 double beds. Such a small...

“This is a little overdue, however I definitely wanted to post this. So I rolled in here on Friday February 2nd for a skiing weekend at Cape Smokey, and was due to check out Sunday morning February 4th...but after 120 cm of snow over the weekend, I didn't get out until February 6th.
