"Very friendly welcome when we had arrived very late. It was a stop off on our way to the ferry as a family of 5. This was ideal. All we needed. Would have been over to stay a bit longer as it was a lovely set up."

"If I had known that there were 62 steps upstairs to my room I would not have booked( I am 80 years old). There were no instructions for the coffee machine and no milk either. Bed was comfortable but the sloping ceiling hard on my head ( 1.8mtrs tall). Disappointed."

"I had a weekend booked here with my daughter. While waiting to board Eurostar I received a message saying to call them regarding my booking. (Why didnt you ring me) anyway I rang and was told there is a problem with our room and we can't stay and there are no more rooms available and someone will call in 5 minutes. No one rang. We still boarded our train and went straight to the hotel and was greeted by lady who was not very helpful, I don't speak French, she didn't speak English so had to use...
