A wee bit of confusion about what room I had booked when I arrived, but that was quickly sorted out. AC was quick and very welcome in the humidity, Beds were comfortable, and the in-room Spa Bath was fantastic! However, there was no fan in the bathroom to help steam escape, so the bathroom window (which went out to the main landing) needed to be openā€¦ the lack of security stays on this window did leave me slightly concerned for my privacy while in the bathroom. Location was handy to places I needed to go, and was easily the best value for a room with a Spa in Auckland!

Our room looked like it had just been refurbished. We had the executive studio with a King bed. The room was very comfortable, very modern and had everything we needed. I loved the beautiful gardens and patio outside area, the grounds and motel are being well looked after. Great hosts! Would definately stay again.

The room had limited cooking facilities, and the two-element hob didn't work properly. The unit I was put in faced a main arterial road, so traffic noise was an issue. The staff requested my credit card details at check in even though I booked online with my credit card and the expense was deducted when I booked even though other motels only deduct the expense when you check in. The bed was comfortable and the until had full SKY available. Only the windows in the bathroom and toilet could be opened so ventilation was an issue.

The room was great, big, clean, nice beds and linen. Service friendly and pleasant. I had the room closest to the road, loved the room but dear lord the noise šŸ˜– The planes I get, itā€™s near the airport so all good but somewhere close by was a nightclub and the non stop boom boom boom from the bass until about 3:30am made it impossible to sleepā€¦maybe thatā€™s not normal? Add to that the regular boy racers blasting their music as they speed down the road and sleep was never going to happen. Itā€™s a shame, itā€™s a well kept and run motel, Iā€™d go back but would take earplugs or noise canceling headphones!
