A good cheap option, for the price the location was good, it was clean, warm and the beds were actually very comfortable. We don't regret staying here, it was just okay nothing special, very utility, no frills. The staff were fine, everyone was polite, but they were disinterested and only got the bare minimum of information when we checked in, kept having to go back to reception to ask questions. There is no information book in the room, you need a smart phone to scan a QR code, then I assume you might be able to see some info, but we didn't have a smart phone. The room really needed an upgrade, it was quite tired, the furniture is beat up, tiles broken in the bathroom and it was very cramped. No attention to the details and no extra luxuries. Car park is small, and some of the spots are difficult to access as the ground slopes or is uneven. On the plus side, we did manage to get a park each time (we stayed in the week). The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood by the university and right in the CBD really. They had a surprisingly great gin selection at the bar and prices were good, did not try the food.

Great for a cheap few days away for us, we used the lime scooters to get around and left the car parked at the hotel. Didn't manage to try the hotel food and amenities but the bed was comfortable and the shower was great for waking you up in the morning

Nice hotel with great amenities. Having a restaurant makes eating before leaving so easy and food is yummy. Great for a quick stay. A few things in the bathroom could do with a new lease on life however the low cost of the room means this is an observation rather than a complaint.

the room we had was below par by a long way, dated furniture, shocking state in the bathroom , broken floor and wall tiles, shower drainage of is missing , shower needs urgent rebuild , its looks like the handyman threw the grouting / silicone on the tiles ,door surrounds rotten / mouldy , if we hadn't of paid before hand we would have walked, but accommodation was at a premium this week end. all other staff and restaurant staff and food was good. had high hopes for this place but not to be.
