Das Personal war hilfsbereit und nett, die Zimmer sind sehr einfach gehalten. Wasserkocher, Toaster und Kühlschrank, TV da und funktioniert. Hatte eher das Gefühl in einer Jugendherberge zu sein. Umgebung gut, 5 Min zu Fuß bis zur Queenstreet, Univiertel.

The location is very convenient, within walking distance to the city center. The room is spacious—slightly old but very clean. There is also secure indoor parking with a lock. Great value for money, highly recommended!

I was asked for a “bond” to be paid on site, even when I have stayed multiple times there and I never been asked for one before. Been told money will be refunded the next day. Nothing has happened. Very poor customer service.
