Excellent hotel, clean, comfortable with great staff and concierge services. All staff are amazing! Nicole, the concierge, was very helpful making all arrangements for us. Breakfast was great! Highly recommend this hotel right in the heart of the city center.

We had an event to attend at the ICC. We were able to book a room at Horizon and it made attending the event so much easier. The valet parking was a definite must for us. Comfortably spacious room and bathroom. We will definitely be back

This is everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. It’s the small details that stand out — dry bathroom floor when you step out of the shower, toothbrush holder in different colors, smart lighting control… The staff were all very attentive, would love to stay there again.

The staff and service was great, but the bed was old, the one where the edges are worn and you roll out of it while you are sleeping. The seating in the front bar was uncomfortable, the couch is so low to the ground and worn out you could not sit for long. Everyone was very helpful and the hotel was very clean, just some of the furnishings need upgrading
