i have stayed in better tents. holes in the wall, drawings on walls, uncomfortable chairs, broken shower dirty crockery left over pies and noodles , rust in basins, undesirable toilet, from the last resident in the fridge, apart from that, what, me worry?

this was the dirtiest and filthiest place i have ever seen. i dont know how this place can be advertised for vacancies. someone needs to do a thorough review of this property. i would like our money back

The building was very old, wasn't very clean, the microwave was dirty and had rice in it, generally looked very run down and lots of stuff around outside. The driveway was half blocked by parked cars making it difficult to drive in and out. But the bed and towels were clean and it was a quiet night.

overall needs clean but clean sheets towels

Very run down and windows walls in need of a good clean and some repairs. However the sheets were clean and a comfortable bed. Towels were clean and fresh packets of soap shampoo. I couldn't get the shower to run hot but did not have time in the morning to ask for help. Shwer itself was clean.

The whole place needs to be fixed up, rubbish left around holes in the walls, doors and floor. Windows had cracks in them, the tv was a store display that had what was special about the tv popping up all the time, limited channels. Few utensils in the kitchen just a complet mess

As soon as I saw the condition of this place I left immediately. Disgusting. It smelt like a rubbish tip, there was rubbish left in the living area. The couches and carpet were dirty. The office was messy. Dirty Windows and unkempt grounds. Wotif shouldn't advertise this place. How do I go about a refund?

The unit was disgusting black mould on roof draw door missing rubbish in unit from previous people unit smells like mould fridge dirty and unit was nothing like photos. Never again

DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

I have to join other reviewers and say DO NOT stay here. The unit was extremely run down inside and out and smelled. The fridge freezer was filthy, no tea, coffee or milk on offer. An upholstered stool in the bedroom had big holes in it. I immediately checked out. I have since been told by a police friend that it is used for emergency housing and there are many domestics and fights.

First impressions were scruffy and untidy. There were a lot of cobwebs and dust. We had to wash the dishes before we could use them. The stove looked like it had had a fire. The oven was filthy. The fridge was filthy. The cupboards in the bathroom and kitchen were musty smelling and mouldy. There we a lot of weeds around the door way to the unit. The TV was not tuned properly. There was no wifi. The sheets were clean and the towels were clean.

Property was run down and looked like it hasn’t been touched since the 1980s. Door window was broken and taped up. Lights didn’t work. Holes in wall door and ceiling. Street signs missing or shabby. Gardens overgrown. Mould in ceilings. Unit smelled of smoke. Windows catches missing or broken. Would not recommend to anyone.

We arrived at Lincoln Court Motel Auckland, on the 2 November'23 to take up the booking. We looked at the unit allocated. It was dirty, dark and damp. The lighting was old looking unsafe. The kitchen had an unsavoury looking cleaning cloth and no plug for the sink. The exterior of the accommodation unit looked the same as all the other units- overgrown, run-down and potentially unsafe. We told the proprietor we could not stay and would find other accommodation. He said, 'I haven't taken payment, you'll need to contact Expedia.' However we find that the proprietor or Expedia had deducted payment from our account on the 1 November, the day before we were due to arrive.
