We stumbled (literally) upon this due to some messed up travel arrangements. When we walked in the clerk was like "how did you find us? That's astounding!" It is not an international destination. That being said, it's AWESOME! If I were to ever come to Poland again, I would come up here for a few days of relaxation with my partner.

Una certezza

Ormai ho perso il conto delle volte che ho soggiornato in questo hotel e tutte le volte è una conferma. Camere ampie, un po’ meno i bagni (ma doccia grande), pulizia buona, affaccio sul lago bellissimo e servizio molto buono, anche presso il ristorante interno. Sala colazione molto grande con bella vetrata sul bellissimo paesaggio. Ottima e ampia scelta tra dolce e salato. E se avete tempo e voglia, bellissima passeggiata intorno al lago, incantevole in tutte le stagioni, con sole e neve.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu, wyśmienite śniadania, czyste pokoje. Często bywamy w różnych obiektach, więc z czystym sumieniem polecamy ten hotel.Nie rozumiem skąd pojawiają się negatywne opinie. Może tylko zbyt duża opłata za parking dla gości hotelowych.

Great Quiet relaxing hotel

The hotel is located on a lake setting close and is very quiet area. Ideal location for family trip or business trip. The rooms were excellent and the breakfast was great. Its the only hotel I would stay in when I am in the area. Its great value for money as well.

Lovely Hotel by the Lake

I have stayed here 3 times now whilst travelling to Lithuania. The rooms are excellent and there is a nice walk by the lake. Food was by room service and was excellent. The room and bathroom were spotless.

Ogólnie obiekt godny polecenia. Lokalizacja, standard i czystość w pokojach. Parking drogi (35 PLN) - mogłaby być o tym informacja w Waszym serwisie, bo to znacznie podnosi cenę noclegu. Komunikacja z restauracją wymagałaby poprawy (konkretne odpowiedzi o skład i wielkość potraw). Zwłaszcza przy tej cenie posiłków.

W miarę dobry hotel obok jeziora, dalej od Centrum

Hotel dość dobry, daleko od centrum Augustowa. Pokój był komfortowy i przestronny. Od godziny 16 można było korzystać ze Spa tj. sauny parowej, jacuzzi, sauna sucha na zamówienie. Plusem hotelu jest lokalizacja przy jeziorze, hotel posiada własną marinę, blisko jest też do publicznej plaży. Pobyt zaliczam do bardzo udanych choć nie obyło się problemów z obsługą, kierownik recepcji potrafiła stanąć na wysokości zadania. Kwestia obsługi w tym hotelu była już poruszana, niestety ku mojemu zdziwieniu rzeczywiście 50 procent pracowników zupełnie zapomina, że pracuje w hotelu i mają obojętny stosunek do gościa. W sezonie letnim istnieje możliwość wypożyczenia roweru, przy czym jest to koszt nieadekwatnie wysoki do poziomu tego miejsca. Reasumując, polecam ten hotel na krótki wypoczynek nad jeziorem w letniej porze.

Lovely stay

The room was very comfortable and clean. I had a small problem during check in but it was solved very fast by a very friendly and helpful manager. Would definitely visit again for longer.
