Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, da explizit ein „Queen-Bett“ (eine durchgehende Matratze) angeboten wurde. Leider gibt es diese Zimmerkategorie vor Ort gar nicht. ​Das Bett: Statt der versprochenen durchgehenden Matratze erhielten wir zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelmatratzen. Die dadurch entstehende Lücke hat den Schlafkomfort erheblich gestört. Zudem waren die Bettdecken sehr klein dimensioniert, was für zwei Personen im Doppelbett ungemütlich ist. ​Frühstück: Das Highlight des Aufenthalts! Ein wirklich sehr gutes Frühstück mit reichhaltiger Auswahl und sehr lecker. ​Fazit: Ein nettes Hotel mit gutem Personal beim Essen. Wer jedoch Wert auf ein echtes Queen-Size-Bett legt wird hier nicht fündig.

Sehr schönes neues und zentral gelegenes Hotel mit ausreichend kostenfreien Parkplätzen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die super netten Mitarbeiter. Die Zimmer sind schlicht aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch das Bett war super bequem, nur leider sind die Matratzen in der Mitte im Laufe der Nacht auseinander gerutscht. Dies könnte man ja aber durch einen Topper und ein großes Bettlaken unproblematisch fixieren. Im Badezimmer fehlen tatsächlich noch einpaar Ablagemöglichkeiten für Pflegeprodukte und vielleicht 2-3 Haken für Handtücher, da der Heizkörper nicht ausreichend Platz für zwei Duschtücher zum trocknen bieten. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles frisch und sogar knuspriger Bacon und es wurde immer wieder nachgefüllt. Ein Highlight ist das 24/7 Kaffee/Tee Angebot. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Aus unserer Sicht eignet sich das Hotel für einen kurzfristigen und weniger für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind ok, aber nicht besonders herausragend. Vor allem fehlt es an Ablagen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld ist ausbaufähig. Scheinbar ist vor allem bei Buchungen über Portale Luft nach oben. Insbesondere Infos zum Self-Check-In sind sehr dürftig, vor allem, wie man an den Zimmerschlüssel kommt. Auf der Homepage auch keine Infos. Es ist aber unproblematisch. Personal haben wir nur beim guten Frühstück zeitweise mitbekommen. Daher können wir dazu nix sagen. Leistungen wie Getränke- oder Snackautomat haben wir nicht gefunden. Dafür sind die 24h kostenlose Wasser- und Kaffeangebote ein Highlight. Fazit: wir würden für 1 oder 2 Nächte wieder hingehen

Wichtig zu wissen, der Eingang für Fußgänger ist eine unscheinbare Tür rechts neben dem Eingang des Supermarkts, der für Autofahrer hinter dem Supermarkt über eine Rampe zu erreichen. Parken dort kostenlos, Zugang zur Rezeption dann auf gleicher Ebene barrierefrei.. Trotz belebtem Einkaufsmarkt ruhig. Einrichtung zweckmäßig und neu. Frühstück ausreichend, Qualität dem Preis angemessen. Die schöne Innenstadt ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Freundlicher Service.
