"The room was very tasteful with amazing quality of fixtures and fittings. Daily room service with clean towels. Massimo (the owner) has thought of everything - fridge, kettle, coffee machine and supplies. even a disposable mini shaving kit! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. La Corte dei Mille is in an upmarket area, close to the metro and walking distance from the sea. As it is on the fifth floor of a traditional apartment block the lift was definitely very handy. "

"A superb stay in a wonderful Italian B&B. The B&B is located on the fourth floor above a wonderful bistro which offers a great breakfast and even better coffee! To get to the room you can either take the stairs - great for getting your steps in! Or a lift is available to half a floor above or half a floor below. Also close enough to the central historic area by Metro, but far enough to be quiet . There was a common area set up with quick breakfast foods (yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee and tea) but also provided was a ticket to get an espresso and cornetto at a local cafe just 3 minutes away. "Apart from the sometimes too-much room fragrance (and opening the window to the small balcony helped of course), this was a great stay and value. Especially if you have to visit the US consulate, which is literally right in front, the convenience is unmatched. Their whatsapp communication was clear and when I had a question, their reply was prompt and helpful. Right off the lungomare to walk to the center but not stuck in tourist land. "Nice place, though this does not feel like hotel hotel more like an shared apartment. We received no information on how to get into the building or our room. Luckily another couple was also staying there and entering at the same time, they were helpful enough to tell me how to get access, but this was not ideal. Might have been my fault for not sending IDs beforehand but also there was no follow up after booking. It was fixed quickly as soon as I talked to the host and the place was nice....
