The staff were great, the room was clean and the hotel was close to the "downtown" area of Avanos. If you're looking for a less touristy place to stay outside of Goreme but want to be close, this is a great place to stay.

Absolutely outstanding place to stay. Extremely convenient. Very safe (next to the police station!). Walk to everything. Very comfortable rooms. Great front desk and kitchen staff. Breakfast was excellent. Loved it. Super highly recommended.

Unser Zimmer war sauber. Nur beim einzelbett hätte ich mir gewünscht, das es bisschen breiter ist. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Das schöne Frühstück wird auf der Terrasse angeboten und hat einen schönen Ausblick zu den Heißluftballons in Göreme.

Excellent séjour.

Notre 2nd séjour dans cet hôtel, à 2 ans d’écart. Nous y avons retrouver la même qualité de service, le même accueil chaleureux, et le même calme. Tout y est parfait ; regrettons de ne pouvoir prolonger ce séjour.

Hikmet’s House’u internetteki yorumlardan buldum, gittiğime pişman olmadım. Osman bey başta olmak üzere çalışan arkadaşların yaklaşımı ve ilgisi çok iyidi. Gezilecek yer konusunda yardımcı oluyorlar. Kaldığımız odanın banyosu su akıtıyordu. Çözüm için anında tesisatçıyı çağırdılar. Memnuniyet odaklı yaklaşımları vardı. Kahvaltısı güzel ve menüsü zengindi. Konum itibariyle göl manzarası var otelin ama balona 8-9 km mesafede. Ürgüp ve Göreme’ye göre daha sakin, bu bizim için güzeldi. Zaten ilçeler arası mesafe yakın olduğu için bunu sorun etmedik. Genel olarak bizim memnun kaldığımız bir oteldi.

Otel konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde. Avanos şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesinde. Otopark problemi yok. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve misafirperver. Osman bey rehberlik de dahil olmak üzere çok yardımcı oldu. Kahvaltı mükemmeldi. Ayrıca kahvaltıyı hazırlayan ve servis eden arkadaşlar da çok hoşsohbetti. Temizlik ve hijyen yönünden de çok memnun kaldık.

Un grand souvenir

Bien plus qu'un hôtel, un "sweet home". Le manager est adorable, souriant et serviable, les employées pareillement. La maison et les chambres sont belles et confortables. Le petit déjeuner est varié, copieux et délicieux, servi dans une pièce véranda lumineuse. Un établissement de premier ordre. Bravo et merci à nos hôtes.
