Unexpected jewel

Since my expectations were not high, finding this excellent boutique hotel left me speechless. This is a hotel converted from a historical stone house which belonged to the owners for the last almost 300 years. Conversion was done flawlessly. The hotel is a family run business. The owner, Miss Ulku, was an excellent host. Paid attention to every single detail during our stay. Provided breakfast was excellent every day. Will return to this place with 100% certainty. L'Hotel terracota e' veramente molto carino, pulito,molto comodo da raggiungere e con la possibilita'di parcheggiare l'auto di fronte all'hotel. Offre una buonissima colazione anche per i vegetariani. Ûlcü la proprietaria e' gentilissima e disponibile, noi non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione l'ultimo giorno perché partivamo molto presto e lei ci ha preparato una deliziosa colazione da viaggio da portare con noi. Odalarda klima veya havalandırma yoktu nem yüksekti o nemden kaynaklı bunaltı oluştu gece uyurken. Ayrıca sınırlı sayıda içme suyu veriliyor. İki kişi iseniz günde 2 adet su yeterliliği var. Odalarda buzdolabı mevcut değil, ve içerde tarafınıza tahsis edilen havlular işletme yöneticisi tarafından kötü kullanım tespiti yapılıyor eğer kötü kullanıldığına dair kanıda bulunursa işletme sahibi sizden bu havluların parası alınıyor. Siz işletmeyi terk etmeden bekletiliyorsunuz içeri kontrol ediliyor eğer ki onlarca yani işletme yönetimince değerlendirmede kötü kullanım varsa sizden tahsilat işlemi yapılıyor. Herşeyi ile süper bir hoteldi. Daha önce bölgede konakladık bence 4 otel arasında en güzeliydi. Temizlik çok iyiydi. Yapı planı çok güzel işletmecilerin iletişimi çok iyiydi. Konum olarak rahatlıkla yürüyerek avanos gezilebilir, merkezi bir bölgede. Kahvaltıyı da çok beğendik, el yapımı reçelleri çok güzeldi. Herşey doğal ve ev yapımıydı. Odalarda kettle değil direk kahve makinesi vardı benim gibi kahve severler için çok güzel birşey. Bir sonraki seyahatimizde avanosta başka yer aramayız. Çalışanlara ve işletme sahiplerine teşekkürler

Otel tertemiz ve çok zevkli döşenmiş. Kullanılan malzemeler kaliteli ve şık. İşletmeciler Ülkü Hanım ve Şerafettin Bey son derece ilgili ve güleryüzlüler. Tek sorun banyo ve tuvaletin kapısı olmayışı. Dekorasyon olarak çok şık olmuş ama kullanırken sıkıntı olabilir. Bazı odaları öyle yapmışlar rezervasyon sırasında sormanızı öneririm. Ülkü Hanım kahvaltıda her sabah farklı lezzetler sunuyor. Kısacası arkadaş grubu olarak gittiğimiz otelden oldukça memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ediyorum.
