Pedro and Claudia are amazing and attentive hosts. The property is modern, spacious, very clean and quiet. The location is excellent, right across from the river and close to the hest shopping, restaurants and Averio's best places of interest. We had a wonderful 3 days and will definitely stay at this property again when when we next visit this beautiful city ❤️

Werkelijk verbluffend goed gebouwd en ingericht appartement in het centrum op loopafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden. De volledig ingerichte keuken, de vele kastruimte, echt álles was áf. Geschikt voor een kort verbijf, maar zeker ook voor een lang verblijf in Aveiro. We hebben genóten van dit juweeltje.

This is an excellent property, bigger than a hotel, with more amenities, and so close to everything. We could walk where we wanted and always felt safe when we got home late. The staff was super friendly and communication was perfect. We will be coming back here when we stay I Aveiro!

Our stay here in Aveiro was great. The room was amazing. Equipped to stay for weeks. The kitchen had everything you could want. The room was very modern and had a great view. Only downside is that you are right above a main road. The first night was very quiet but the second had a lot of motorcycles. I would definitely stay her again. It’s a beautiful room. In great location.
