We were fortunate enough to stay at Sulfner in January and it was really fanastic. The rooms were very well maintained and exceptionally clean, the views were just amazing and the staff were wonderful. We included the breakfast and dinner each night which worked great and the food was perfect after a day out in the mountains. The motel is an easy drive up the hill from the town and Merano 2000 is also nice a close. Thankyou to all the staff who were always helpful and friendly, from our welcome drink on arrival to the dinner service, they were all brilliant. The pool facilities were also great. This was the most relaxing part of our Italy holiday and the kids really loved it.

Toller Service der Kellner am Abend! Was nicht so gut gefallen hat war der Check Out: keine Rückfrage ob es gefallen hat und eine recht schnelle „Abfertigung“. Das kann man besser machen! Wir hatten Halbpension und das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen waren hervorragend! Schade nur, dass das die Gänge beim Abendessen „Schlag auf Schlag“ serviert wurden. Hier könnte man sich mehr Zeit lassen. Die Zimmer (wir hatten zwei Suiten) waren klasse. Schön eingerichtet und viel Platz. Den TV könnte man mal erneuern, aber den braucht man eh kaum :) Rundum ein schönes Hotel mit Potenzial, damits perfekt wird!
