Terrific hotel

From checkin to checkout including restauration, the welcome and service were excellent. Finally, staff who smile. Clean and well maintained rooms - we even got upgraded to a loft suite with great views. Anecdote: We decided to stay an extra night but there were no rooms. The manager kindly found us 3 rooms down the road. Gotta stay here!

Unpleasant Experience

Upon arrival at the hotel I mentioned that we had some difficulty finding the hotel and his replied “are you complaining to me?’ I said “no, just making an observation”. That person who I understand is owner/manager/chef replied, “SO SHUT UP”. I thought I didn’t hear clearly and he repeated “I TOLD YOU TO SHUT UP and just bring me your passports.” Uniquely rude welcome. Later at dinner I was asked to sign additional documents, and although we carry US passports and reside in New York City, booked as such, the documents noted that we live in Tel Aviv, Israel. Where did they get it, strange? Since we paid in advance, we decided to stay the night. Perhaps not the best decision. Around 10pm, I developed high fever and we decided to go to the hospital in Merano, about 20 minutes away. The barman called a taxi and I guess notified the owner, who came to the lobby, looked at us, did not say a word and left. I was diagnosed with pneumonia. We returned to the hotel at 2AM and it was totally closed and dark and no way to get in. We banged on the door for a while before the owner let us in.

Quando si parla di strutture del Trentino Alto Adige, ed in particolar modo dell'alto Bolzano, non c'è molto da aggiungere al concetto di superiorità in termini di struttura, servizio, cortesia, professionalità.

Hotel zum Wohlfühlen

Familär geführtes Hotel mit dem Slogan Fein und Klein. Das trifft es sehr gut. Übersichtlich mit Sauna und Schwimmbad. Alles sehr sauber. Hotel liegt wunderbar etwas oberhalb von Hafling bei Meran. Sehr gute Busanbindung nach Meran und von dort nach ganz Südtirol. Durch die Merankarte kostenfrei!

Wieder mal ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Eine Woche in sehr angenehmer Umgebung. Gute Erreichbarkeit der Wandergebiete mit dem Bus. Busfahrkarte ist zu empfehlen. Das Hotel ist klein, aber fein. Sehr persönlich, höfliches Personal, ausgesprochen gute Küche.

"Klein-Fein" trifft vollkommen zu!

Sehr zuvorkommendes Team - mit familiärem Charakter. Wir haben unseren Kurz-Urlaub rundum genießen können und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Komfort-DZ war großzügig, top ausgestattet und "traditionell modern" gestylt. "Klein - fein" ist auch der Wellness-Bereich, man vermisst nichts und kann richtig relaxen. Wer jeden Abend auf ein kulinarisches Erlebnis wert legt, ist hier vollkommen richtig aufgehoben. Kreative, moderne Küche, die wunderbar lokale Spezialitäten mit einbindet. Ein 4-Sterne-Haus mit 5-Sterne-Küche!
