"This hotel was mediocre. The woman who checked us in was very pleasant! However, our room had several black hairs throughout - on bedding, towels, the floor and the shower. I asked my daughter to sit on the toilet with the lid closed, so I could fix her hair. As soon as she sat down, the toilet seat cover cracked into two pieces. It had different colored attachment pieces remaining on the seat, telling me it had been repaired before. I notified the attendant when I checked out and apologized, and he said they’d look into it. Without any further communication, they have charged my card for $150 - for a toilet seat cover!!! I called their corporate office and made a report and received a reference number, saying management would call me back within 48 hours. I haven’t gotten any further communication and was asked to leave a voicemail for management when I tried to call back. I’ll keep calling and hopefully resolve this matter. However, I would not recommend staying here and will not return. "
