We had two ‘Comfort Rooms’ and our whole stay was EXCELLENT from the moment we arrived. We were formally welcomed by the owner add seen to our rooms which were really lovely, spacious, modern and very well presented with a lovely bottle of wine. The facilities around the complex were very clean, secure, privates and the pool area was good size and fabulous! Breakfast was very varied from choices of cereal, cheeses, eggs, bacon to whole range of yummy cakes! All the staff were GREAT! very polite, happy to help and always smiling! The beautiful sandy beaches of Avola are 10mins drive away. The whole stay was FABULOUS and can’t rate the place high enough, other to say I travelled the whole of Sicily and this is one of the best places we’ve stayed as a family -Go experience it and enjoy your time in Avila, Noto, Siracusa and all the other surrounding towns.

Comfortable Stay but Perfect with a Car

We had a very positive experience at Tramonto Ibleo. The property is new, very clean, and extremely well planned. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are excellent, and the overall structure feels thoughtful and welcoming. The view of the mountains from the hotel is absolutely beautiful and adds to the charm. There’s a spacious garage available, which is great because having a car is highly recommended. While the nearby beach is not the best, you're just a short drive from stunning spots like Spiaggia Fontane Bianche and many others. Avola offers great restaurants for dinner, and the location makes it easy to explore the region. It's a more family-oriented hotel, so expect children and families around — especially by the pool, which might not be the quietest. Breakfast is decent, though a bit repetitive in its selection. Still, we would absolutely come back. A great value stay in the area!

The place itself looks nice and tidy. But that’s all that is nice there. The staff was just completely unwelcoming. 1. After arriving with a 10 years old kid , I heard that they see my reservation but no payment. I call Expedia/Travelocity, I hear that everything is fine and that they are trying to call them and will send them by mail and fax a confirmation of payment. I took my kid for lunch and half an hour later I received a message that the problem is resolved and we can check-in. 2. I booked a family, one bedroom apartment and instead I got a small single bed room. The staff just said that they think that “for two of us this will be enough“. Didn’t want to spend another half an hour on the phone with Expedia and just took the room. 3. 8:00 A.M. The lawnmower starts just outside my window. It will follow us to breakfast. 4. At 10:00 A.M. I ask the lady from the reception if we can stay till 12:30 P.M. we hear “no problem”. 5. At 11:00 another lady comes and tells me, that ai should know the rules and that check-out is at 10:30. I said that I asked if we can check-out later and got the permission to do so. I got an answer stating that this was a mistake as the lady from the reception does not speak English.

Plutôt basique mais confortable, pas de petite restauration le soir, le patron a refusé de rembourser 1 des 2 chambres que nous avons dû annuler pour maladie (annulation faite 11 jours avant la date d'arrivée) et il a fallu négocier pour recevoir les avantages offerts dans le deal hotels.com. Dommage.

Nous avons été ravis de cet emplacement très sécurisant et télésurveillé dans un endroit au milieux des oliviers et des citronniers clôturé dans sont intégralité, fermé par un grand portail électrique (tous les hôtes on une télécommande pendant la durée de leur séjour) la piscine est tout simplement superbe ! la chambre et la salle de bain sont nettoyés tous les jours , les draps des lits sont changés souvent. le personnel est aimable et très professionnel ,le petit déjeuner se trouve dans une grande salle sous forme de buffet à volonté , vous y trouverez de tous , sucrés ou salé .

Posto tranquillo e accogliente, la stanza era molto bella e pulita. La mattina ci svegliavamo con il profumo dei cornetti e la colazione è ottima. La piscina bella e pulita. Ottima la posizione vicino alla spiaggia (la più vicina si può raggiungere anche a piedi), posizione comoda anche per visitare anche i dintorni. È stato super piacevole trascorrere la nostra vacanza lì, lo consigliamo!

Posizione strategica a 500 metri dal mare e a circa 1 minuto dallo svincolo autostradale di Avola, quindi comoda per raggiungere nel giro di max mezz'ora tutti i luoghi del siracusano. Struttura nuova, pulita, personale gentile e disponibile e colazione buonissima. Parcheggio interno enorme e facilmente accessibile.
