I had to keep asking for them to turn the water on to bathe or wash my face or even brush my teeth. Two nights my room didn't get cleaned or no breakfast. After giving my room to another guest, I was able to get to it the next day. Tub and water wasn't working, need height to control ac-- no remote, TV started to work as I was leaving. "
