The hotel still very new and convenient with walking distance to One Utama. Hospitality wise is perfect as they provide shuttle to BU transportation hub as my mom are not able to walk long distance.

Somehow we were assigned connecting room though we had a baby with us. Baby court was requested but was forgotten. Hopefully they can improve to be more aware on each ...
