"I love village hotels. I think they're the best chain to stay in. Always good standards with great facilities. "Arriving to check in to have to try and contact someone via watsapp only to be given a silly excuse as to why they didnt have a room ,apparently previous guests had damaged the property is check out not 11am this should have been noted before 7pm . .
