"This apartment wasn’t our first choice due to a booking error by Hotels.com however we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the apartment with a strong odour of stale cigarettes. The longe area hadn’t been cleaned as there was a dirty sock under the sofa. The kitchen cupboard handles were also sticky. The window blind in the 1st bedroom was broken. The apartment was very warm however we were unable to sleep with the window open due to the location on a busy road and a nearby noisy...

"We loved our stay at Rushton Hall and will be returning as soon as we can. The building itself is extremely beautiful and you feel like you’re stepping into history. The grounds are lovely for a walk (although would be nice to have more outside lighting at night, as it was very dark trying to walk around after dinner). The spa has excellent facilities - the swimming pool is warm (which is rare!) with a comfy hot jacuzzi and dry and wet sauna/steam rooms, and plenty of beds around the swimming pool. We stayed in the Cedar room - The bedroom was spacious and comfy, with a large bed, smart TV and great coffee facilities. The bathroom has a large power-shower, and a bath with its own TV. The only thing that would’ve made it better would be to have a small fridge with cold drinks. The restaurant and bar were great with an excellent breakfast. Overall it was a fantastic stay, and we are excited to return! "

"I had the pleasure of staying at Novotel on 26th September to the 29th September, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I booked a Standard room with a sofa bed which was both spacious and tastefully decorated, offering the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The standout features of my stay included buffet breakfast which truly elevated the overall experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly and professionally. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in both the room and the shared spaces. Overall, I would rate my stay 5 out of 5 stars. I highly recommend Novotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay with family. I look forward to returning in the future."

"The parking area was safe and conveniently located to the hotel - no long walks required The hotel was beautiful and had lovely landscaped gardens which were well maintained. Staff were very opleasant and helpful and everywhere was clean It is a historic building with a wow factor but is up to date inside. We had a standard room which was lovely Dinner was great with plenty of choices and we will definitely stay again pamela"
