Nice hotel with spacious clean room (we had a family room). Staff were friendly and attentive. On site parking was a bonus - we had breakfast on our last day which was nice buffet breakfast!

We had a ground floor double room. It had a slight odour to it and areas of the room need attending to. . We did not get much sleep due to the local church bells which rang throughout the night! Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. All the staff we came across were very helpful and pleasant. The property is in the middle of town and on the doorstep of everything.

Parking on site. Check in fast and efficient. Outside area lovely, lots of beautiful flower baskets. Room good, but now in need of refurbishment as looking a little tired, bathroom also needs updating. Some black mould in shower cubicle, also the shower flexi tube needed a clean. Otherwise a lovely place and we would stay again.

I live in the US and this is my second stay at the Three Swans. I like the fact it was an old coaching Inn … on booking I was not advised or asked if a room up a lot of steep stairs at the very top of the building would work for me…. I am 75 and it was hard work! The staff are generally helpful especially the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was excellent. The courtyard that runs alongside the building full of comfortable tables/chairs and many boxes of flowers is a delight. I love Market Harborough and enjoyed my stay.
