We had a great stay here. We were upgraded on arrival, which was a lovely surprise and all the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect…everything is within walking distance. If you can’t find parking outside, there’s a nearby parking lot where you can safely leave your car overnight. We had no issues at all and really enjoyed our time here. Great place to stay!

Clean and Cozy Stay in a Historical House

First of all the owners / employees in the hotel are really nice people. The standard rooms are nice and have enough space for 2 people. Although there is no parking available like the rest of the other hotels, the hotel employees provide detailed instructions to help find a spot. The rooms are clean and the bath is nice. The breakfast is really good.

Ich habe 10 Tage in Ayvalik verbracht und mich in der Zeit im Opus 1910 fast wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das kleine Hotel ist ein liebevoll restauriertes altes Haus, die Einrichtung passend und geschmackvoll. Jeden Morgen habe ich mich über das türkische Frühstück mit den sehr guten Zutaten gefreut. Ich habe mir mit Absicht ein Hotel in zentraler Lage ausgesucht (in wenigen Minuten ist man am Hafen, von wo aus ständig Busse in alle Richtungen fahren) - damit ist immer ein gewisser Geräuschpegel verbunden. In diesem Fall durch Autos und Mopeds, besser gesagt durch den schlechten Straßenbelag. Denn eigentlich ist die Nachbarschaft friedlich und ruhig. Ein paar Ohrstöpsel schaffen aber Abhilfe und dank dem guten Bett habe ich trotzdem hervorragend geschlafen. Ein besonderer Dank an Herrn Halil für seine freundliche Hilfe bei allen Fragen. Und da ich leider kein Türkisch spreche war es für mich auch sehr hilfreich, dass Herr Halil sehr gut Englisch spricht. Ich werde sehr gerne wieder kommen!

Otel bulunduğu konum itibariyle gece sıkıntılı olabilecek bir mahallede. Otopark olarak belediye otoparkı yürüme 5-6 dk uzaklıkta. Odaların kendi minibarı yoktu, katta ortak bir tane vardı. Kapılar içten köy evi kapısı mantığıyla kilitleniyor. Sıcak su çok geç geliyordu. Standart kahvaltısı biraz zayıftı. Ekstra ücret ödemeden daha fazla sıcak şey eklenebilir. Klima gayet yeterli, çalışanlar oldukça nazik ve yardımsever. Son olarak standart oda olarak satılan birkaç oda var sanırım, bize en küçük olanı denk geldi. Uzun seyahatler için değil belki ama kısa seyahatler için gayet makul bir otel

Harika bir konaklamaydı. Tertemizdi. İçerisi mis gibi sabun kokuyordu. Banyoda tertemizdi. Hele yatak o kadar rahattı ki, tatil dönüşü markasını sorduk. Herkes çok yardımsever ve sıcakkanlıydı. Tam bir eski rum evi havası vardı. Yorumlarda bina hakkında yorum yapanı gördüm. Eski bir rum binasından ne bekliyordu acaba tabiki ses olucak. Bunu istemeyen halı kaplı zincir otellerine gitsin bence. Biz 3 gece konakladık tabiki biraz ses geliyodu , çok normal. Tam bir rum evi havasında konaklama yapmak çok hoştu. Kahvaltı çok yeterli ve doyurucuydu. Çok merkeziydi. Yürüyerek gece, gündüz heryere ulaştık.

Oda çok eski, eski olduğunu biliyorduk ancak malesef ki temiz değil. Odada çok fazla teknik problem var, klima iyi çalışmıyor. Duş kısmı tamamen sıkıntılıydı. Personeldende memnun kalmadık, bir daha tercih etmeyiz.

Güler yüzke karlılandım, gayet temiz bir odada kaldım ve yalnızca 3 gece gibi kısa bir konaklamam olmasına rağmen ek temizlik de yapıldı. Çarşıya çok yakın, toplu taşımaya ulaşım da çok rahat. Gönül rahatlığı ile tavsiye ederim.

oda tertemiz ve çok rahattı. ilk geldiğimizde otelin konumunun iyi olmadığını düşündük ama 2-3 dakika yürüdükten sonra çarşıya ulaşabiliyorsunuz ve sahile yürüme mesafesinde çok memnun kaldık.
