Laundry facility within the hotel and specific rooms based on requests is a game changer. The staff were super helpful and gave recommendations when asked for! Rooms very cozy but still spacious

Staff were wonderful and kind. The bathroom was very nice but the sink area was small but we made it work. Love the shower! Downstairs bar area and lounge seating areas were nice. Food was good but only ate breakfast each day. We had to venture out for lunch and dinner.

Our stay at Oninosumika Ryokan was amazing. Our particular room/ryokan was just as photographed. It was spacious, clean, and beautiful. Looking out into the gardens you really get a sense of how tranquil the area is and waking up hearing the birds and rain is amazing. Our private onsen was perfect, we used it multiple times a day. The staff are so kind and are very accommodating to visitors that don't speak Japanese. Their traditional Kaiseki breakfast was stunning; everything was so carefully assembled and the presentation was incredible, tasted even better. Highly recommend staying here!!

Clean room, location was a 10minute walk away from Shinjuku station and convenience stores within 5 minutes of location. Check in and check out process very easy. Will come back again.

Great location and value for the money. No complaints.
