“Nice and cool”

“Eventhough I have already paid by hotels.com, they still charge me for my stay (double charged). I have emailed them but still no answer after 7 days passed. Bad service. Please check your email and do your job properly. Emailed and called them again today but they give excuses.”

“It’s an excellent hotel for the price! Specially, people who are traveling to Dhaka with foreign nationality. The only issue I had is with its location which is in a very crowded area with lots of noise outside. ”

“I paid previous night and received confirmation of booking from Expedia. I called 3 tomes on the way from Dhaka but not picked up by anyone. When I reached at noon, the resort people were telling there was no booking in my name. I showed the booking confirmation. But they kept my car waiting out side of gate and asking me to cancel the booking!! They were saying 'Saheb Bari resort' had cancelled their contract with Expedia and are not accountable to receive or entertain us. You may understand...

“Reliable hotel, staffs are very friendly, food is made in the hotel as ordered and good quality, they can pick you up from airport or drop off. Also if you need taxi to go to another place, they can arrange it. The room I stayed in was good. It has belcony, cable TV, hot & cold water etc. ”

“공항에서 주택가로 한참들어가서 찾기는 힘들었지만 직원들의 친절함과 안내에 넘 좋았고 늦은시간 음식점과 수퍼를 찾는데 호텔 직원이 인솔해줘서 정말 고마웠습니다 한번도 인상을 찌프린 경우는 없었으며, 이동 차가 오기까지 안내 1층에서 기다리는데 에어컨 서비스및 마주칠때마다 공손한 인사 감명깊었습니다 식당도 아침음식도 깔끔하며 좋았습니다 담번에 방글라데시에 가면 꼭 이호텔에 묵을겁니다. ”
