When I reached at noon, the resort people were telling there was no booking in my name. I showed the booking confirmation. "I stayed here on 02/03/2023 the pictures of the hotel itself looked great but the condition of the hotel is terrible and very deceiving. First of all, the AC unit was taped together with cellotape.
