Charming helpful staff who could speak impeccable English when my French was failing 😂 Small details in the room, heated towel rails, pool towels, poolside shoes and robes. Dinner was delicious and the staff had gone above and beyond to find lobster which they prepared in a tarragon sauce for a birthday dinner. I have no complaints whatsoever."

"A lovely family-run hotel that has a warm and joyful vibe. The owners, their little girl serving tables on a busy night, absolutely everyone made me feel welcomed and cared for. As a vegetarian, the very kind owners prepared dishes suitable to my diet. The swimming pool was clean, refreshing and set in a serene setting. Even the guests were friendly and courteous. I recommend this hotel highly and will be returning every chance I get. A staff member even loaned me her special glasses to view the solar eclipse last night. I had a wonderful time in this lovely corner of the country."

"Our stay was excellent. Alexander met us when we drove in and showed us around the property. Our room was roomy and nicely furnished. The bathroom was large. Eveything looked quite new. The breakfast was out of this world. For us the location was excellent for our visit to the National Museum of Prehistory."
