Close to town centre, room was very clean . The area was a bit noisy with yappy dogs ( next door) and cockerels crowing ( across the road) . The shower was lovely and powerful , and it’s was a great place to be close to restaurants.

We would definitely stay again. The room was clean and modern. It was walking distance to the fort and all the restaurants. There is a cafe right across the street that had a great breakfast and service. And there is a beer store on the corner.

The location of the hotel is perfect, you can walk everywhere on the area. The bathroom shower drain had a weird smell but i guess most of bacalar placer have that smell, I just kept the door closed. The staff was very friendly and the place is clean

Great experience in Hotel Naomi in Bacalar, Mexico: Everything was super clean and organized. The hotel location is perfect almost in Downtown. Few steps and you are in the main Downtown street. We had a little bit of mistake made by hotel staff and it was solved as soon as possible. The staff is very nice, convenient parking right by the hotel. Highly recommend!

Many shops nearby within walking distance , easy check out just leave drop off the key in the black mailbox they have, the girls that cleaned the room left it spot less, if your looking for a place just to lay down and sleep with no frills this is the hotel for you.

Modern hotel in a rural town

Very modern rooms in a more rural mexican town. Its quite far from the bus terminals however most things are - its situated well near the Centro of Bacalar though. Most lagoon tours start from a fair walk away too from the hotels along the coast further down the road (approx 20-30minutes), but its safe enough. The hotel itself has tinted black windows for rooms but also blinds so there is plenty of privacy. Hot water, clean rooms and beds and a fridge too. No 24 hour reception though.

Busqué una opción asequible y céntrica, y sin embargo, la habitación que nos asignaron es mucho mejor que la de otro hotel más grande al que fuimos después en la costera que costó 4 veces más. Fuimos amablemente atendidos en todo momento. Mi experiencia descansando en este hotel fue muy grata.
