Brilliant in all aspects. Lovely staff and fantastic service and awesome food. Spa is amazing and the outdoors therme pool is wonderful and warm. Highly recommend this awesome hotel and its amazing staff and spa. The only tiny tiny tiny two things are that afternoon tea finished at 430 pm so we missed it every day as many skiers would. Secondly you get an allocated table for each meal for each day. It never changes which can become stale. However the staff were amazing and let us shift around for variation, which is of course the spice of life.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal im Restaurant Ă€ußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Angebot an Essen war hervorragend, geschmacklich sehr gut und fĂŒr die Kinder gab es jeden Abend ein Kinderbuffet. Die Gegend lĂ€d zu vielen verschiedenen Unternehmungen ein, auch die Touri und das Hotel bieten Veranstaltungen und Wanderungen an. Der unbegrenzte und kostenlose Zugang zum Thermalbad hat diesen Urlaub einfach perfekt gemacht.

Early November trip for two!

Wonderful hotel in a picturesque setting. Staff were very helpful at all times and the breakfast was also extremely nice. Access to the relaxing spa was very welcome. Could not fault the hotel in any way.

Ett av de absolut bĂ€sta hotellet jag bott pĂ„ i Österike, mycket bra service samt en fantastiskt restaurang. Spa avdelningen var ocksĂ„ mycket uppskattad.

Gutes Mittelklassehotel

Wir haben nur 2 NÀchte im Hotel Norica verbracht. Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und persönlich, Essen in Ordnung, Zimmer war nicht modern aber sehr sauber. Wellnessbereich ist neu und schön. Alles in Allem war das Hotel in Ordnung. Eher ein 4*Stern Hotel ohne superior. Die Lage ist sehr gut, sehr zentral.
