"Only problem or issue we had was the front desk clerk was training and was a very long check in after a long day traveling. Would have like a quick check in. Also we has the same clerk walk into our room when we were still asleep (before 10am) was not happy at all about that."

"Terrible experience I paid for a room but because I’m 20 years old she wouldn’t give me the room I paid for but was tryna give me a random room what I didn’t pay for to make amends and she wouldn’t give me a refund $223 went down the drain for nothing the staff wasn’t helpful at all 1/10 experience never paying for a motel ever again in my entire life also it wasn’t very easy for her to pull up where it said 21 years and older as a new user to the app it wasn’t very obvious that was a policy"

"Whole stay was good. Cleanliness was not good, microwave in room was very dirty. Lot of construction was going on in the area which was making it bit messy with some dirt and paint spots visible in room carpet Although staff was very good"
