"When we arrived there was a loud noise from the AC that was going off every 20 minutes. I reported to reception and they said unfortunately hotel was fully booked and technicians had gone home, which was understandable as by this time it was the evening but that they would get it looked at the next day. I purchased some ear plugs from the shop downstairs to get through the night and next morning the technicians fixed the problem which I was very happy about. I also availed of the gym which was by far one of the best hotel gyms I have been to, was fairly quiet and the equipment was all fairly new. All in all I was very impressed and would stay again. Thank you and we loved your beautiful city!"

"As Americans traveling through Germany, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The night staff member was exceptional—he spoke excellent English, answered all of our questions, and was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by how much room we had, and everything was well maintained. The location was another big plus. The hotel is centrally located with grocery stores and several restaurants within easy walking distance, making it very convenient to grab food or anything else we needed. The only minor drawback was the lack of air conditioning. We understand that A/C isn’t common in Germany, so that wasn’t an issue. However, having a fan in the room would have made sleeping during the warmer weather much more comfortable. Another hotel we stayed at in Cologne provided a fan, and it made a noticeable difference. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. The friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and convenient location made this an excellent place to stay."

"I stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved it. This was by far the best accommodation of my entire trip. Rioca is amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The room is beautifully designed, comfortable, and incredibly functional. Every inch of the space is thoughtfully planned, making excellent use of the layout. It has everything I needed—a lovely bathroom, nice kitchen with little dining table, a great shower and a very comfortable bed. I also really appreciate the philosophy and mission behind this aparthotel. You can tell the owner pays close attention to every detail, and it truly makes a difference. Everything was perfect, and I genuinely enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Munich. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel is at a calm neighborhood away from the hustles and bustles of Munich city. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is exceptional and amazing with lots of variety food options and ample seating. We really enjoyed the stay at this hotel and highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay away from the busy city life."

"This no frills hotel is about a 30 minute drive from the Munich Messe, depending on the traffic, or the S-Bahn is nearby. Kitchenette is useful, good food markets nearby. Excellent pizza across the street. I got a great price when I reserved nearly 10 months ahead, then paid 5X when I added one room later. Laundry, self-serve is available if you need it."

"This is a good hotel located in the Munich suburbs. It takes about 30 mins on the train to get to central Munich. The rooms were clean and newly renovated. The breakfast buffet was excellent. My only complaint is that the internet in the room was poor."
