โWe chose this hotel as we needed a cheap and cheerful hotel to stay at for s few hours whilst waiting for a train connection. Hotel Dharam Villa fulfilled all our requirements. Very happy. โ
โThe stay in their luxury room was very comfortable. We had ordered a thin crust pizza which was delicious and nicely prepared. The buffet breakfast was having enough varieties and all with good taste.
Overall a nice place to stay but amenities can be improved to spend leisure time.
The seat in wash room can be a bit higher as it is bothersome if you have knee problem. The location is peaceful and is accessible via a single road from Dharampur ( about 8 kms). โ
โProperty is spacious & good remote location for just relax ans stay away from coty crowd .Mall road & City is approx 20 minutes slow drive.Room has all the modern facility.Staff is very cooperative.Food is delicious.Cafe on terrace is awesome with some games for kids & adults.
Resturant has alacart & buffet both.Car parking is available inside of resort.Bonefire is chargeable.Play area for kids.โ
โVery disappointing stay. Hotel was unable to provide basic things like TV, just 2-3 options in F&B, wifi etc inspite of promoting it on the website.

โThe property was pretty far off from the Kasauli town and the approach road was a narrow winding road full of dirt and potholes. Construction work os also going on. Everytime you decide to visit anybolace, means 30-45 mins of bumpy roads.
The staff is pretty indifferent. Called housekeeping, the phone kept ringing and then ended up picked up at reception and the receptionist asked me to called to call the extension again. Similar experience when calling Inhouse dining. Once an ask for full...
