"Property is spacious & good remote location for just relax ans stay away from coty crowd .Mall road & City is approx 20 minutes slow drive.Room has all the modern facility.Staff is very cooperative.Food is delicious.Cafe on terrace is awesome with some games for kids & adults.
Resturant has alacart & buffet both.Car parking is available inside of resort.Bonefire is chargeable.Play area for kids."
"Hotel was good. Room was downstairs so not much balcony view. Also it is away from city centre. Better to take a hotel which is nearby in case of bad weather or returning hotel at night., feels scary as there were no street lights at road."

Similar experience when calling Inhouse dining. Once an ask for full size plates rather than the supplied quarter plates, resulted in delay of 20 mins and delivery of French Fries! Had to call the reception, talk to manager to get it sorted.
While I loved the peace and tranquility of the property, I think it needs ton up it's game in services."
