He was friendly, respectful, anticipated our needs and ensured we knew what was available to us. He ensured we were happy with our stay and time in the lounge. Don't think he could have been better! Not something I want to smell with breakfast and evening drinks continuously. Staff should ensure the people who want to partake in the habit, are nearer to corner so it does not keep blowing into the hotel. "
