"I arrived late on the first night of my stay. The check in was fine and I got a room in a different building from the main hotel. This was expected from the name of the room. It was a Schloss Junior Suite. Room seemed fine on first inspection. In the morning it was terrible though as there were no curtains but a large window. "I will definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was neat. Krakow is a cute little fishing village. The only negative was that there wasn't an elevator and we were on the last level. This is definitely a problem for someone who can't climb stairs like my 86 year old mom who just had hip replacement surgery. But once we made it up we just stayed in the room for the night. The breakfast was good the next morning. Again the staff was very pleasant."
