Very old and expensive. Hotel staff are rude and not helfull Rooms are different to what i paid. Front offices staff says the only option is to cancel and no refund. And says im not suppose to reserve in expedia bec. They charge highest price.

Excellent top notch staff, very professional and friendly. Accommodating with all requests. Priced very affordable. Will always be my first choice to stay on my visits.

Most all staff great and friendly, was a memorable stay. Travel site i booked in didn't have correct information on property. But because of the great service and friendliness of staff i would stay again. I felt like i was with family.

They sais all rooms were none smoking , the room they gave us was bad with smoke smell could not stand it , but they did give us a better room .

Realizing that pictures, advertising material and past guest feedback can only provide a certain level of confidence, from first walking up to the door to enter the hotel there were several large piles of dog refuse that obviously had been there for more than just recently. From there upon check in and viewing the 2 rooms I was taken aback by my first impressions. Rooms were basically empty, windows open allowing dust and smell come in from the outside, dirty bed linens, only 2 old worn bath towels only, no wash clothes or hand towels, no soaps, bathroom, toilet, shower filthy, no toilet paper,no drinking water water, no AC in one of the rooms, TV in one of the rooms had only one channel, wifi connection was non-existent, a built in closet system that had no hangers or any way to hang up clothes and the shelves were filthy, the bed comfort was terribly uncomfortable, practically the worst hotel experience I have had and that is saying a lot, I have traveled to over 80 countries for business and pleasure and with the exception of very remote regions of India and Africa, this was the worst that was in an actual city. After check in and reporting some of these findings with the hotel staff, I was not offered any solution, only this is what we have and no cancellation or refund was possible since it was booked within Expedia.I immediately began searching for other availability and could not find anything until the following day, the Holiday Inn.

Value for Money.. the Hotel is good for family on a budget trip. the room is clean..water from shower flowing strong which is very good and important for a traveler unlike other hotel na mahina ang tulo. Excellent customer service. I suggest to have more choices breakfast coz they only have two tocino and bangus or tocino and tapa. tocino and garlic rice is good.Limited parking space so if you arrived late mag double park kn lang and you may leave your key to front desk in case na merong lalabas eh si kuya guard na lang ang mag alis para d ka maistorbo. We enjoyed our stay!

Need for BIG improvement

The hotel was booked a night before tge travel date, although room looks good in pictures, it was not that when we arrive. Check in was alright, no hassle, there was a slow elevator. The room was old, floor is dirty, maybe because it was near the highway, no aircon, but they provided three electric fans. Toilet water pressure is okay, toilet is old but water closet is new. There was a heater in the shower. Beddings are old, we need to call the lobby to ask them to change the beddings of sofa bed, the small water kettle was dirty so I cleaned first before using. It looks like that the family room was not rented recently so it looks dirty. I saw small cockroaches. Location is near to Bell Churn and 10minutes to The Strawberry Farm. Breakfast was okay.

Budget friendly hotel

It was a bit far from the Baguio City proper but walking distance to bell church and stobosa village and closer to strawberry farm. The staff are very accommodating and the food is very affordable and the serving is big. We ordered 4 menus one for each of us, one serving is good for 2 to 3 persons. We were not able to eat the pork steak and pancit so we asked if they can keep it in the ref for our lunch the following day. During lunch they heat our "tira" for us to eat. Thank you for that extra service.

Facilities (wifi, etc.) And cleanliness (shower)

Staff are friendly, went out of their way to deliver excellent service but facilities were not that impressive. Cannot recommend to friends.

it was fine

the staff are accomodating and really helpful. the hotel location is not also difficult to locate and means of transportation are accessible. just right outside of the hotel. the rooms are clean. the bathroom is really big. they could have put a bidet though.

The room is not too bad. But on my last day of stay there was no water. They said that they will come deliver it within haft an hour but hours have passed and I have been calling front desk so many times but it did not come. I check out without taking a shower. Worst hotel that I have I ever been so far

fair enough

room is big enough , strong water system . during our visit baguio is a little warm there is no ac on our room thats why during day time our room is not that comfortable .
