“The property is phenomenal! Absolutely gorgeous! It was clean and the communication was pretty prompt. I loved how each of the rooms has their own bathrooms, but the shower pressure was not working on the top floor bathrooms. I did notify the owner and they said they will have it repaired. We left before someone came to repair the showers. Location is great, we walked to everything we needed and wanted to visit. The property definitely has an Old San Juan charm. Just beautiful! ”

Loved the art in the area and the lively streets of Loíza. Walking distance from the beach and all of the food spots and bars. 7 minute drive from viejo San Juan. Will stay book again next visit! ”

“It was three of us in a room. Air-conditioner seemed to not stay the same temperature during the night, and parking sucked, and shower floor wasnt leveled so water kept running out. Otherwise, clean room, excellent location, lots of options to eat, owner was very clear and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.”

“This was a great home base for our trip to San Juan! The three of us had plenty of room and we really appreciated the amenities: well supplied kitchen and laundry. We had a couple minor maintenance issues, but the guest services team was always right on top of things - really great communication. Lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance to the beach. I wouldn't want to try parking there though, as the streets are very narrow and parked cars regularly lost their side mirrors. The area info...

“Loved the design of the space. Loved 2 bathrooms. Nice bedroom vanity. Beach access was great. Close to airport, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, and many activities. Great price for the space. Reserved parking stall was handy. You have to be a good communicator with the property owner to have the best experience.”

“The property was nice. There are different options for dining, recommend making reservations before even stepping foot onto the property as it fills quickly. The beach is nice in that there isn't a lot of seaweed however there are tons of sand dollars in the water and it are unsettling to step on while in the water. ”
