"Date of stay 29 September 2025 for two nights. The property is pretty much as you'd expect from the website details and you download check-in instructions before arrival. I arrived 15 minutes early and the hosts were still getting the apartment ready for me, they were all friendly and one lives next door. "Overall we enjoyed our stay. Hotel is nice and modern, has easy access to public transit, and a good breakfast buffet. Our room had a couple minor issues like a water stain on the ceiling of the bathroom, excess water leaking around the door of the shower when we showered, and our toilet seemed to run for awhile after flushing .As well, the sound proofing was average as we could hear a decent amount of outside noise, but overall no major issues and we weren't there long enough to feel the need to complain about these things. We like that the room had double sinks and a rainfall shower, and the bed was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was in a quieter area of Split and easy to find. So overall we'd recommend this hotel, just some minor things that could be improved. "
