Poor instruction for check in, you need to pay cash deposit, which they didn’t mention beforehand. Room towel was also not given enough, but they did send it after we asked for it
But the view and location was very nice

"A special thank to the Duty Manager Ms Lyncy for her helpful support during my stay! Although the Hotel might not be the best in Melaka, but the staff especially the Manager is one of the best compared to other 5 stars hotels! I will definitely come to stay again in the future!"
