"Ok let’s start by stating the location is beautiful, the golf courses are superb, and the hotel grounds are lovely. The hotel seems very tired. Now this is my fault for kit checking but I guess when I’m paying £240 a night I didn’t really consider a hotel If this supposed stature did not have air con in the rooms, we’ll talk about uncomfortable, lack of sleep and irritated with my silly decision to stay there, I was amazed when I asked at reception to the response. "Close to the airport, big room that was clean. Annoying it was miles away from the lift and was an accessible room as I was worried my autistic son would pull the safety cord. No glasses for water or even a biscuit with the tea. Although I didn’t have a tea but who doesn’t love a free biscuit. Breakfast was fine and coffee was ok. Also tv wasn’t linked to the internet. Probably won’t stay here again but it was fine for what it was."

"Nice clean room across the street from the Airport. Rooms are a little small but very modern and neat."

"Nice hotel. We loved the spa but it could use some updating. We lost power and water one one of our days here, which we had to get ready for a wedding that day, so that was a bit stressful, but the spa was open and had power and water so that was good. The rooms could use updating, but overall, weren’t bad. The restaurant was incredible, the food was truly the best we had on our entire trip in the UK. Overall, weren’t felt 4 starts was pretty spot on. The rooms were maybe more on the 3 stars...
