Only stayed for 1 night on way through, a quiet location, lots of space to sit and relax, catered for young children as lovely garden area and a small play room. The bed was very comfortable. Sofa bed for my son was very hard and not so comfortable but fine for 1 night. Friendly staff

Only negative with the room was the motion sensor lights in the bathroom continued to kick on throughout the night and shines right at the bed.
