The villa itself is stunning, tucked away in the heart of nature with a private pool that offers breathtaking views of the lush paddy fields and trees. We were lucky to have perfectly clear skies and cool, pleasant nights throughout our visit. The attention to detail was impressive—our mini-bar was thoughtfully pre-stocked for our arrival, and the restaurant staff were exceptionally attentive. If you are a coffee lover, you’ll be very pleased with the quality here! Beyond the property, the villa team excellently managed the logistics for an ATV tour we requested, making the whole experience seamless. We will definitely be back!"

They treat you like royalty and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is to your liking. The ONLY con is that it is tucked away a bit far in Ubud, but I actually liked that! "We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon while it was in its soft opening phase. To be fair, since it’s a new property, the room quality and facilities were clean and brand new. The staff initially seemed friendly. However, our experience was completely ruined by their utter lack of professionalism during and after checkout. We had a massage at the hotel and specifically requested to "post to room" to pay during checkout. When we checked out, we paid for our room service and explicitly asked the front desk, "Is everything settled? Are we good to go?" They confirmed that everything was paid for and told us we were clear to leave. Here is where the nightmare started: 1. Harassment on the way to the airport: While heading to the airport, the hotel contacted us claiming they "forgot" to charge us for the massage. 2. Security Risk: They asked for my credit card information over the phone. Even after providing it, they claimed the payment failed and started demanding an e-transfer. 3. Constant Nagging: Ever since then, the management has been hounding me via WhatsApp and email, constantly asking me to do this and that to fix their mistake. This is clearly an issue caused by the unprofessionalism of the front desk staff, not the guest. Instead of taking responsibility for their error, they have been incredibly annoying and have repeatedly ruined my post-vacation mood. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. If you want a stress-free honeymoon, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere."

"Stayed here for 3 nights. It's really isolated and quite far from the town centre, but they do provide free transfers there. You likely would need to get a private driver as you can't really get gojek, grab or klook pick ups from here, so if you arrange a driver from the airport, best to just hire them as a driver for activities nearby. The hotel itself is awesome, fantastic staff and hospitality. Good service and wonderful breakfast selection. The Villa's themselves are well maintained, but some of the places look a bit dated. There's also a sauna and cold plunge pool for guests."
