"The location is great we stayed for four nights and had to keep requesting towels like they didn't want to refresh our room, clean it or give us towels on a daily basis. The price we paid for the room should have included daily housekeeping or at least fresh towels and water bottles replenished."

"Great little old-school motel! circa 1960s? Well maintained for the price, I like the linoleum floors instead of carpet. Close to beaches, thrift and antique stores, Best of all great grounds: a working pool, an artificial waterfall flowing into a small fishpond. Lots of places to sit and relax, alone or with others. Grills and BBQ's around. Big field behind it for frisky pooches like mine. Or even a croquet pitch. Was under some grounds repair, but for the $$ well worth it. Will be back for sure."

"We loved the hotel amenities, friendly staff, great food and awesome location. We thought we booked the main property but got the gothic building which we actually really liked … great path to Adirondack chairs on the hill overlooking the water. The room was very small room 404 which was fine… my only note is the crazy light fixture over the bed. You literally could not sit on the bed without hitting your head and it was HUGE for such a tiny room. That said I would highly recommend the hotel for all the other reason stated. In the end, that crazy light provided us a lot of laughs. We’ll be back, hope the light will be gone! lol"

"Clean room and beach view. We rented the deluxe suit for 2 nights in July. The rooms were great, separated by a short hallway with the bathroom off the hallway. The back room had a bow window facing the beach with a high table for 2, queen bed, decent sized closet and a dresser with a wall mounted TV. The first room had a small fridge, queen size bed against the wall with one nightstand and a closet. Went for a girls weekend, two adults and two teenage girls. It was just enough space for what we needed and spent most of our days out at beach or walking the area. Easy to check, we wanted to enjoy a full day at the beach and since room wasn’t ready until 3 we were able to use the beach area and park in lot to wait for our room to be ready. Staff was helpful and kind."
