“It was beautiful property and a great find as we made our way from Galway to Dublin. Serene, calm, family friendly and something for everyone. We only stayed a night, but it would be a great escape for a longer period of time.”

“We booked for one night, and were looking forward to using the spa facilities. When we arrived, we were told that they were shut for refurbishment. Apparently, this work has been going on for some time. I was told an email had been sent out. I did not receive any email. The hotel has a duty to let people know such things, so they have a choice of changing their plans. I noticed a lot of unhappy people that weekend. They are not afraid to charge top prices, and yet offer very little in return.”
