“Wonderful stay at the Madden! Our sea view room was beautiful and the breakfast in the morning was exceptional. Very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable staff throughout the establishment. Would stay again for sure!”

“Depending on how much you pay, this is a good place to stay if looking for somewhere near Donegal Town with parking facility. As a guest house it mainly has classic decor/furniture style and although it feels homely, maintenance needs were evident. Security is relatively basic for a quiet location out of town, particularly room doors operated by key alone. Breakfast service is good as were the staff helpful and welcoming.”

“The room was very clean but the single bed mattress was a sinking ship. There was a lot of noise from the outside boiler, so not helpful to sleep. It's a pity that they provide a kettle and coffee tea products, however not a single bottle of water to make it. Being a 4 star hotel, they are lacking in star attention. The pool really needs updating, lots of scratches on the feet from damaged tiles and it requires a hat, which we didn't know and you have to pay for it. Breakfast was good, but more...
