“The room had an Ocean View. The breakfast was lovely. Cereal, Orange, Tea and a fry up. The room was clean and very quiet. There was no tvs in the rooms. There was adequate communal space downstairs with a TV where breakfast was also served. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hosts were lovely and could not do enough for you. The b&b is about 2kms outside of the town. This was fine I just drove in.”

“An Excellent hotel. Breakfast was excellent and the evening meal was exceptional. The room was spacious and facilities were very good, including pool, steam room and sauna although the spa was actually a large hot tub, which for me was ok but my wife has mobility issues and was unable to climb in and out as there was no steps inside the hot tub. That small issue aside, we had a very enjoyable stay, helped by a fantastic location and very helpful staff”

“Very clean room, modern, comfy beds and lovely fluffy towels. Only downside is the noise outside which really has nothing to do with the rooms, but apart from that it was lovely. Added bonus to be able to use the ballyliffin leisure facilities. Great wee find”

“A great base to explore the peninsula. The Spa was excellent, we booked an amazing treatment each and got free caps for the pool. Lovely view at breakfast even though we were there at end of January and cloudy sky. Breakfast was just okay, self service and basic. The bar area is fun and good range of evening food. The Saturday wedding crowd really took over most communal spaces. We were unimpressed with our room, no air con which is fine for most people at that time of year. No mini fridge. No...

“As I know the area, found it very easy. Everything was clean and tidy on arrival, and as our mobility is not great, having everything on one level was brilliant. Always plenty to do and luckily weather was excellent, lucky us. Will be looking to book again next year hopefully.”

“Great little house, handy for the beach. It was clean, lovely and warm and had all mod cons for cooking etc. Our dog loved it, very comfortable, would go again .”
