“I want to start by saying that our stay was fantastic. The hotel is older, so some things are dated such as the carpet throughout the hotel and rooms. The only downside to our room was there was an interesting smell. Other than that, the Irish breakfast was amazing as well as the staff. Plus free parking! Can’t beat it!”

This made our stay difficult for the ones navigating the stairs with their mobility issues ”

This is unacceptable--no meal should take more than 20 minutes to prepare. The first time we were there, three years ago, we were the first or second to place our order. This time there were many more people in the dining area, but they had all been served already. In neither case should it have taken more...
