"I love the location. It's only 2 blocks from the inner harbor. The hotel is very well kept. It has a beautiful lobby. The room was very spacious and clean. And what was very convenient is the fact that there's a Royal Farms and 7 Eleven right around the corner. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I saw a live roach in the room on the bench where you'd normally sit your bags. Thanks goodness it was the morning of checkout because I don't think I could sleep there if I saw it the night before. I'm terrified of bugs. I suppose this could happen anywhere though but thought I'd mention it."

"The breakfast was good the gentleman kept it stocked very well. The inside of the living area the carpet appeared to dirty and there was a smell of not clean. My daughter called for a plunger on that Sunday morning and no one ever came. The elevator was down and there was a gentleman looked as if he just got out of the hospital and had been waiting for some time. I reported it and I don't know if anyone came. My family had to take the stairs the rest of our stay. Very well priced I must say."

"First thing. The staff here are awesome. Professional, friendly and accommodating. We heard so much about the free breakfast. The first day it was horrible and we wound up going across the street to have breakfast. The ice machine didn’t work. I had to go downstairs to the bar to get ice. The window shade had so many little holes in it and let the sunlight in when not wanted. I wouldn’t NOT stay here again but for a few more dollars I would stay somewhere else. The area is very nice but parking is horrible."
